  At Westbrook Medical we provide for the care of your children offering a broad range of services including well-child and preventative care, immunizations, developmental, nutritional, and behavioral evaluation and counseling.

  Jaime Byrum, board certified pediatric nurse practitioner, and our courteous professional staff will assure that your child's needs are thoroughly met and that any questions you may have regarding their care are answered to your satisfaction.

  Please be familiar with our "Office Policies". If this is your child's first visit, you can save time by completing the following forms prior to your arrival:

• Living Will

  Always make sure you have a current list of your child's medications, doses, and allergies. Bring your child's insurance cards as well as your identification.
